Overview

Plantopia Marketplace is a mobile-first platform designed to simplify the way people discover, learn about, and purchase plants online.

The Marketplace flow helps users browse curated collections, get plant recommendations based on their needs, and access bite-sized care info before and after purchase.

This case study showcases the end-to-end design process behind the Marketplace — from identifying user problems to building a guided, trust-building shopping experience.
